MEDICAL SOCIAL
Our licensed social workers will assess your support system and help identify available resources that play a significant role in your recovery. They will also guide you on how to access community resources and other government benefit programs.
HOME HEALTH AIDE
Our home health aides are under a supervision of a registered nurse. They will assist you in bathing, grooming, and other basic nursing care. They are instrumental during the transition process while you are recovering or your caregiver is learning how to be independent in taking care of you.
